Hi there! I’m João Cimurro, an Exercise Professional and Personal Trainer, qualified in Sport Science and Physiology. I’m a Judo athlete representing QLD, and instructor for stunt doubles.
I’ve been immersed in Judo since I was 5, dedicating my life to high-performance sports. Being part of the Brazilian judo team has taken me to international competitions and intense training sessions, shaping my discipline and behavior. One of my proudest achievements was earning a scholarship to study for a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Physiology in Brazil.
Choosing this path was meant to be! Teaching and helping people develop their health brings me immense happiness and fulfillment.
I am committed to providing my clients with the best of my knowledge and dedication to ensure their exceptional experience.

After graduating from Australia’s premier fitness school, driven by the desire to constantly improve, I have armed myself with knowledge and experience by learning from the best.

Throughout my 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry I have been fortunate to spend time under the mentorship of three separate Mr. Australia bodybuilding champions, along with bodybuilding legend 3-time Mr. Olympia Frank Zane.
